Hi guy's
I was wondering if you can help me. my wife does not want any part of this iva and i have been told it's an individual between me and them but they took my wife's details and next year she wont give details to them. whats happens if your partners does not want to give her details because they said it has nothing to with her only you.
Also if one of your family member's gives you money to close the iva and you pay £8000 (not sure yet) into the iva can this close it? i have 4yrs and 4months my debt is about 20000 i pay about 330pcm at the moment per month. any help on this guys.

Hi and welcome
There is nothing to force your partner to give details so your IP may just split all house bills 50/50
If you can offer close to the remaining payments it is possible to make a full and final offer, if your circumstances have changed for the worse you may be able to offer less
