What happens if PPI payment comes before IVA finishes ?

But how do we find out? with all the paperwork going backwards and forwards we don't have copies of them all. We could ring them to find out but would they tell us. We are worried if we call them it may open a can of worms!

We have found on one loan we had £1683 PPI but the rest we are unsure on?

Should we use one of those companies to claim it?
