Hello again, some of you might remember that I am considering BR because I am currently unemployed and debts are mounting :(

At the moment my parents are supporting me but I know it is putting a big stress on them as my father is currently out of work and my mother is supporting everyone. I hate knowing that I am putting this pressure on them and want to look at every possible angle to get myself sorted ASAP!

Once BR and back in employment what are the chances of renting a place to live? What options would I have because I can't see anyone renting me a place if they do a credit check? [V]

At the moment I have no idea what to do with myself, my girlfriend of 4 years + is also feeling the pressure and seeing what this is doing to me. She lives in london (100 miles from me) with her parents but I am getting the feeling that she can't take much more of this because quite frankly she can see no future due to my dreadful situation.

Without this forum I would be completely lost, I just wish I knew what to do!

Sorry for the selfish post but i'm feeling pretty pants at the moment and needed to get that off my chest.

Hi
You need to act now and declare bankruptcy.
You will be able to rent, most private landlords do not credit check and if you go via a letting agency just be upfront and honest, they may well accept you with a higher deposit.
This forum can help you through the bankruptcy process.

Hi uk79uk
You need to fet control of your situation and stop ditthering.
You have been with your girlfriend for 4+ years, so dont let your debt spoil things.
If you require any advice on how the Bankruptcy process works, post questions here and you will get the questions answered.
