Hi nicv and welcome to the forum

You can get all sorts of help with regard to reorganising your finances if you are struggling. Do you feel that you can afford to make any contributions to your creditors on on ongoing basis? If so, the seek advice with regard to a Debt Management Programme or an IVA. If not, then the Bankruptcy Advisory Service do a great job at advising on bankruptcy procedures.

Most professional firms will give you free initial advice, so if it doesn't cost anything shop around.

Hello nicv,

If you are considering entering into an IVA you might find IVA.com useful. We maintain a list of IVA firms and Insolvency Practitioners. We also publish reviews of their services that have been provided by their clients.

Good luck in solving your debt problems.

Can you post more information? Maybe we can help you further.
How many creditors you have? How much disposible income you have?
