Glad the interview went well.

The CRB checks will take a while if you are offered the job.

I would wait and see what happens with the variation.

Yes - you cannot bank on the job (but I really hope you get it) and if the settlement is accepted there should be no reason why your IP cannot close your case immediately they have creditor agreement.

UPDATE!!! I got the job!!! [:D][:D][:D]
I don't start until the middle of June though....which means I won't get any pay until the end of June and that will only be half a month. I don't know what my take home pay will be, so would I need to wait until I get a full months pay at the end of July before informing my IP and sending an I & E?
Finally things are starting to look up!

WELL DONE!!! Fantastic news you must be over the moon and it is great to read some positive stories on the forum for a change.

Advise your IP of the new job, but tell them that you will not definately know your new take home pay until you get your first wageslip. This should do in the meantime.

The only thing I need luck for now is my full & Final offer! Still waiting for the variation papers to be sent through to me so I can sign them! Then lets hope the creditors are in a good mood!

Hi Vickilou, I was trauling through the forum, and came across your post. My husband and I find ourselves in a similar situstion as you were in. Could you tell me whether your offer of F&F was accepted? Sorry to be nosy, but just really worrying about what kind of offer to make to our creditors for it to be accepted.
Thank you, and I hope your job is still going well!!

Vickilou 28, Many congratulations on the job front,
I am a little confused though your latest posts say you are waiting for the variation papers etc but your line underneath states F and F accepted.
Have I missed something or am I having a blonde day [:D]
