We have s IVA with Aperture, we have completed 5 years and were expecting 1 more year as we told would happen when it was sold to us, as we would be to old to get a further mortgage. And also the standing order from Aperture was for 72 monthly payments , were we Missed this IVA?
Two months ago Aperture put us in contact with Debt Solutions who wanted us to take out a further mortgage to close the IVA for a further 5years, that would take me to 79 years of age. We said NO as the available cash to the IVA was only 1/3 or less of the total outlay.
My daughter has made an offer to Aperture of a lump-sum gift = to a further 12 months payments because l have been diagnosed with cancer. We have no reply or notification that they have received this offer or that it will be excepted.
We have tried to contact Aperture for the last few days with no response have they stopped trading ?? what is happening with Aperture??

Aperture are still trading and I can only suggest that you keep trying to push for a response .... they are notoriously bad at communication ! I would suggest a letter direct to the IP, sent by recorded delivery as well as to keep trying by phone.

Also threaten to make a complaint if they don't get in touch.

Have you got the correct email for them? I found out recently that the emails I have been using for them they haven't been receiving them and it's now a different email...
