what is the minimum earning to apply for IVA?

what is the minimum earning of the month of a person who wants to apply IVA. such as £800, £1000, or what ?

An IVA will be judged on the amount of disposable income you have left after paying your priority bills, regardless of the amount of money you have coming in.

There is no minimum earning, but most IPs will expect you to have a disposable income of at least £250 per month. There are a few firms who will take lower payments - David's ClearDebt being one I believe.

Me I pay £195 per month but I actually pay by Direct debit weekly of £45.
My IVA is with Freeman Jones who have been totally brill.

Thanks Melanie. The lowest that ClearDebt does is around £150 a month.
