Hi what is the worst a OR can do apart from a BRO for not disclosing your full income or assets on a serious scale of 1-10 about 3, 40k in debt on credit cards just arough idea prison ?

The OR can also take civil proceedings for misconduct, but as any remedy is against the bankruptcy estate - which has already vested by nature of the bankruptcy order - it is difficult to see any advantage in such proceedings, unless the case was one of surplus assets where any fine would impact upon the surplus returnable to the debtor.
