Welcome Dave like the others have said i believe the creditors will see sense and agree to close your IVA now,you have certainly done more than your bit,and why your IP has allowed you to struggle like this is beyond me,your IVA should have been closed down or at least more reasonable payments set out,in the first place.Good Luck mate its about time you had some,Im sure your IVA will be settled this month.

Hi, I really hope you have the good news you deserve. I also hope your IP is aware of this forum as I'm sure if they read your post, they would do everything possible for you.

If only creditors would wake up and see the harm their greed is responsible for. Yes, you owe the money, but you have tried your best to repay. We were in an Iva that was impossible to maintain and had to go BR.

Stay strong and please keep using the forum for support.

Whilst I agree that some creditors are unmoveable, in my own experience a properly worded proposal or variation will generally get accepted. Part of the game is knowing exactly what creditors want to see and read and then delivering this up to them in their own language.
