The R3 are the Association of Business Recovery Professionals whose motto is Rescue, Recovery and Renewal. They have prepared a booklet (R3 booklet) which the regulators require Insolvency Practitioners to give to people thinking about making an individual voluntary arrangement. This guidance booklet aims to help a person understand what is involved in an IVA before they commit themselves.
