I can fully understand Lesley's hubby not wanting to take it further...there's the fear of losing jobs for everyone at the moment. Its bully boy tactics.

My concern is that the company are making unproved allegations and what's to stop them doing it again.

Hopefully Lesley's approach will work.

My approach is to contact them anonymously and hopefully they'll listen and work, there are no female employees so they'll never know it's me as I've never spoken to them before nor met them. I have said to hubby if it happens again he is doing something, we fear the loss of his job as the building trade is slow, plus being in an IVA we really are so scared to jeopardise its future. I'm hoping they might take note of what I'm saying/printing for them and not act unlawfully again??
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
