l 'm newbe my husband had declare bankruptcy on 2005 n finish on 2006 but l still owned £20000 loan n £20000 credit card , and only my husband work n now start difficult to pay what should i do if i go for IVA where to go .Thanks

i think you need to be working to propose an iva.. but im no expert, speak to melanie she will advise you on a good course of action!

58 PAYMENTS TO GO..

Hi Update
If you have only two creditors then you will need to speak with each of them direct and try to negotiate a repayment plan to suit you.
You generally need at least three different creditors for an IVA to be considered.
You also have the option of bankruptcy.

Hi Update,

Have you considered bankruptcy? I think this would offer a better answer as you have no income for yourself, do you have any assets - a house or car?

I think if you went bankrupt this would be a more definite solution to your debt problem.
