You will have the option of either declaring yourself bankruptcy or entering into a debt management plan with creditors. Why do you think that your IVA might be declined?

Hello,

If your IVA is rejected at creditors meeting, you will be back to square one in regards to your debt options. You could consider either a DMP or Bankruptcy. You could consider another IVA proposal if your circumstances have changed and you strongly believe you can get an approval.
