The best thing that you can do would be to arrange to have a meeting with your IP to discuss the options. It is difficult to advise you on a site like this, as we do not have detailed knowledge of your case.

As I have said, it is difficult to advise when I do not have the full facts of your case. A meeting with your IP will be very valuable, and you will need to get his support if you are going to put forward a variation. Let us know how you get on.

Hi melanie ,have recieved my 3rd annual review today.I think they have put hold on my hp payment Because it says that 250 is a fair payment at this time i assume i just keep paying that and as soon as my partner gets a job , we will start paying extra if we have it , and if not ask for variation then, maybe we might not need one fingers crossed.will let you know what happens , not long now 22 months left.

That's fine - however your IP will know that he/she cannot let this lie indefinately without seeking a variation, and I would suggest that the right time to do that is as soon as possible. Suprised that this was not dealt with as part of the annual report.

I know of them but not sufficiently to be able to comment on their working practices. I would wait and see what outcome you get from your e-mail now - as the ball is really in their court.
