Im really just saying that it looks like some people are using there dla as income to set up an iva adn some ips are not taking into account additional costs .Mine did in the start but i sorted this out in the first year review. When he thought my outgoings were to high etc like electric 30 a week because i have to use tumble drier all the time. Its only then he said i didnt realise you had a disabled son , i got a bit miffed because why would we be using my sons dla if he hadnt have known. Its not you im getting at i am just trying to find out who sets these guidelines , then i will try to find out if they are right in doing so

Your DLA money should not be being used to contribute to your disposable income - and if it is then you have grounds for complaint.

The creditors - under current IVA protocol you have to make a full disclosure of all family income and expenditure.
