Keep it moving Jan or it will stiffen.

My hubby just this minute said a classic thing! I showed him the wallpaper on my phone, it's a picture of our hall, santa stood there, stuff going up bannisters, and a decorated ornamental thingy (no idea how to describe it but I think it looks lovely.

He stook there looking at my phone and said 'yeah what does it do?', I said 'it's our hall' he said 'oh I thought it was a joke you'd been sent and Santa was about to do something, he'd walked through the hall to get upstairs, who says he's not observant! no wonder he doesn't notice when I've had my hair done! and can you tell who did all the decs!

Glad you're feeling better Lesley.

My decorations are going up next weekend - I don't want them gathering dust for too long! Also our living room isn't really big enough for the tree so it'll get on my nerves after a day - I like looking at it but not negotiating my way around it to get to the kitchen!

I do feel loads better today, think those flu plus tablets did the trick!

I give in on hubby I do honest...bless him, I do know I'm fighting a losing battle trying to get him to notice anything! Unless it's a fish or a football!

Sorry to jump back to the swine flu jab bit!

My parents have been offered it and Im struggling in convincing them to get it, though my dads arm is now being twisted due to talking to my Mums doctor. Anyone had any side effects?!??!
I have also been offered it to - for reasons best know to my doctor!! But I hate needles n cant bring myself to go!
I dont know if myself and my son had the Swine flu n the Pandemic helpline is handing out the tamiflu tablets to anyone whom ticks the boxes. We were very poorly but I chose not to take them or give then to my son - good job too - as wiv children it makes them incredibly ill & your better off giving calpol & Iroprufen - this was the advise of a GP whom would not give tamiflu to his 8 yr old daughter!
I know i should go for the jab - how bad/good was it?!?!?

Not had it Lyns but Kallis has and I'm sure she'll fill you in later today...I don't want to have it but realise some people do have it due to age/condition x

Me and hubby have both had the jab. He had no effects at all, I've just had an aching and tender arm, but that's getting better now. The jab didn't hurt either.
