100 k iva mostly due to repossession only paid 8 months what% would be acceptable as a full & final payment

You would need to calculate months left by monthly payment..... this would give you an indicatative answer, although you msy want to offer less taking into account the IP fees will be less over refuced time.
I would also be prepared to confirm where the mobey would be coming from and inform your IP it is only avail to you for the purpose of ending your iva.
