i agree dave, i approached payplan and not being nasty but couldn't even understand the poor man i spoke to and he couldn't comprehend what i was saying about my together mortgage with NR, told me to dmp, not right thing after iva failure, not criticising they are free and offer good impartial advice, but you have to agree, mel gives up a lot of time on the forum she doesn't have to but, she does and many have been saved by her, she was also one of the ones who told me BR was my best option, she is straight and tells you how it is, no frills, if she can she will help, (slip me a few quid later mel) no seriously she has helped many many posters here, and her input is most welcome and invaluable

Apologies accepted, and many thanks to everyone for their kind words. Although I have fairly broad shoulders, and have not survived 20 years in this industry without being battered and bruised a little, I was very touched by the supportive comments people have taken the time to post.

Now let's get on with the business of sharing advice and comments which makes this forum so special.

Dear all,
I am fairly a new member and found the advice given to people by Melanie and Andy to be very helpful and henest, however it may be not acceptable t oindiveduals

What is importent to remember is such professionals give their opinion and advice without any remuneration for the good of the community.

I am particularly amazed by the swiftness of the replies by Melanie and Andy.Which I feel is commendable. This I am sure

Dear all,
I am sorry My reply was posted before I had finished by misplacement of mouse.

Hence I am posting again.

Just to repeat,I am fairly a new member and the advice given to peolpe by Melanie and Andy to be very helpful and honest, however itindividuals. may be not acceptable to some

What must be appreciated is that such professionals give their advice and opinion without any remuneration for good of the community.

I am particulary amazed by the swiftnessof the replies by Melanie and Andy,Which is commendable. This I am sure is due to their concern for people in financial illness.Who would be looking for some advice and comfort in thier misery.
