Creditors usually like to see as near to the original dividend as possible.
It is something you perhaps need to ask your IP.

Could you be a little clearer about your enquiry? Are you already in an IVA, or just thinking of offering one using a lump sum in full and final settlement.
Her other posts indicate that she is already in an IVA

The best thing to do would be to get your IP to work out a settlement figure for you based upon delivering that level of dividend return at an earlier time.
Since your original expectation to creditors was 25p in the pound a current F&F will have to be around 22p to 23p in the £ is my view that creditors would be willing to accept as an early re-payment. Discuss with your IP though and see what he/she thinks.
