I have bought a HUGE chicken from Morrisons, they are on offer for £3 and its massive! So we are having roast dinner with roast potatoes, yorkshire puds, etc! There will probably be enough left for sandwiches, or to make some chicken soup.

If the offer is on again next week, I'll get a couple of the chickens and freeze 'em if there is room in the freezer!

Hiya - culinary tips time ...

Have you tried couscous or bugar wheat oops sorry bulgar .. ? add spring onions, red, green , yellow pepper, carrot batons, add some chopped spicy sausages .. yum

Substitute rice for kids that dont do the couscous thing .. cheap and tasty .
