Hi and welcome,

You are not having a very good time of it at the moment are you sweetthing?

I recommend that you speak to an Insolvency Practitioner as soon as possible. You may be able to do an IVA, or a DMP or you may be better off going bankrupt yourself and both of you start again with a clean sheet.

Visit www.iva.com for a list of reputable companies. Speak to one or two of them and they will tell you all the options available to you and recommend the best way forward for you.

It is always good advice to seek professional advice and explore your options prior to determining the right debt solution, and an insolvency practitioner or debt management company would be happy to help you with this.
