Can somebody please explain to me what the diffrence is between your supervisor and your ip? And what jobs they do that are diffrent?

Hi Nic,

I not 100% sure but your supervisor will be the person who will manage your account until the end of the IVA and liase between you and your IP for eg calculate your I & E, monitor your payments etc.

I sure one of the experts will be more specific.

Hi Nic,

To be honest I dont think there is much difference, your supervisor may be the person who handles your enquiries, correspondance etc whilst the I.P is person who negotiates with the creditors and knows what they would allow etc.

Well it is in my office Andy, but in the larger companies they probably have specific staff members who are tasked to act as Chairman.
