An IVA suits us perfectly. We are with Payplan and so far I have nothing but praise for them, and I have never heard of creditors wanting a 2 year extension to an IVA.

I have told my husband of Mark48's post. He has asked me to say that his IP Melanie Giles did not grab anything; on the contary one or two items were increased by her and there is another item Melanie is going to deal with at review time. Any new posters - please do not be put off by Mark,s unfortunate experience and, please, choose your IP with care. We most certainly would and do recommend Melanie to all - we have nothing bu praise for and thanks to her. J

Press Payplan into taking action on your behalf Locko. Put something on email directly to your IP to make sure they are fully aware of your difficulties.
You've already indicated that the Arrangement has benefitted from the overtime/bonuses and hopefully means that the estimated return to creditors hasn't altered and creditors should be reminded of this in any variation proposal.
