Hi, have you got all your credit files tidied up? There are two mortgage experts on the forum Ryan and Shaun who have assisted many posters post IVA.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It matters more as to the commencement date rather than completion and for the best deals 6 years needs to have passed from the IVA been approved.

No harm in calling your current provider. We did and got a cracking rate even though the IVA is still on file.
Last Payment on Jan 5th 2016!
