When do Iva restrictions stop ?

Hi all again,,after doing a f & f settlement and moneys all paid
Just a couple of questions I would like to know , my direct debit has stopped and Iva app is no longer active , how soon do restrictions stop and I have to adhere to the Iva rules ?

You are technically in the IVA until you get your certificate of completion, but usually after the final payment you no longer have to report overtime and extra earned income. Windfalls could still be payable until the certificate is issued.

Thank you Foggy it’s nice to hear from the experts, it’s nice to know any overtime I can keep ,,,yay !!
So until I get my completion certificate my name won’t be removed from the register ?

You come off the Insolvency Register within three months after the issue of the completion paperwork --- often this is three months to the day, though, every now and again, it sometimes happens earlier. Then the IVA itself will remain on the court records of your credit files at the main agencies until the 6th anniversary (assuming everything is finalised by then). Thank you Foggy don’t regret coming out of my Iva early , can’t wait for my certificate.
