When do we stop getting statements?

Hi

Just a quick question, we went br in oct 09 and we are still getting statements from our debts. When will these stop coming through?

They should have all stopped well before this date. Are they from one particular creditor ?

I would write to the creditor(s) concerned, and invite them to send this information to the Trustee in bankruptcy who acted in your case.
