Just thinking!

When does an IVA end as I have transferred a large sum from the sale of our house to pay off the creditors and obviously in my case there is the statutory interest to sort out.

Do I get a legal document from my supervisor to say it has ended or what actually happens please?

Regards

Ray

The IVA will end when your supervisor files notice of his/her ceasing to act with the Registrar of Individual Voluntary Arrangements. You will get a Certificate of Due Completion once the IVA has concluded.

Hi Melanie

Many thanks for the answer as I might have problems opening a savings account until such time as we are cleared.
