Hi my IVA finish date is March 2017 but has been extended until September 2017 because of payment break and earning over our allowed limit for one of the years. My question is when should i be trying to remortgage as I've not heard anything should it be October 2016 or April 2017 and if it should of been October should I be chasing them up?

It is normally six months before the end but your IP should clarify this. There is no harm in looking now if you are considering settling and someone like Shaun Vickery at Select may be able to help.
