Check your tenanacy agreement, I dont think you have to get out straight away.

Sort yourself out with another property and make them evict you.

Make it hard for these banks, they have more or less taken our money all our lifes and make enough profits.

I wouldnt get out until:

1) Im sorted
2) Im made to get out.

In the alternative, why not try to come to an arrangement?

Perhaps, they will let you pay back the arrears over 6 months or something?
