I’m a single mum to three so my only hope of entering the property ladder is shared ownership.
I entered an IVA in October 2017 and F&F in September 2018. So is it 6 years from the start or end of my IVA that my credit score is wiped clear?

Six years from the start, as long as everything is dated correctly -- which you can work on in the meantime. Have a read here:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

As Foggy says realistically on shared ownership it would currently be 6 years after the IVA began.
