When will they chase him for remainder of debt?

I entered into an IVA in September last year with a joint debt with my ex-partner. Although I was the only one paying this debt whilst we were together, I continued to pay it after we split up. This debt was included in my IVA without them chasing the ex for their share.

I am now BR and this is still part of my debt.
