Where can I get a copy of my IVA completion certificate ?

Your old IP should be able to provide a copy, assuming they still have the archived file.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Rob, welcome to the forum.

You need to contact your IP to get a copy of this, that is if you have received one in the past.

If you have not yet received the certificate and have only recently completed your IVA you may find there is a delay in getting it. This can be an issue which many people have had had problems with recently.

Either way your insolvency practitioner will be able to help.
