Hi
A question for Mel
How does an IP decide on wether to propose a TIX compliant IVA or not ? What percentage of TIX represented creditors does the debtor have to hold to make the proposal a TIX compliant one ?

Well this is all very new at the moment - but where I see that TiX have a greater than 25% vote it seems appropriate to use the procedure. This is all about voting criteria - so nothing really new there, and something that practitioners have had to battle with for at least 10 years. This one is just a little more publicised!
