We're seriously considering an IVA as our main route to control our debt. Although some companies have told us that our situation is too dire, and others have said that we fit the typical requirements. Can anyone recommend a company that will give good advice and help. Thank you for any responses Jo.

Hi, have a look at iva.com which gives reviews on IP's etc. We are with Melanie Giles who is an IP and comes with a great reputation.
Good Luck

I am also with Melanie Giles a regular poster on this forum and although I have no personal experience of other IP's I am more than happy with the service I have received from Melanie, I would always talk to a couple of IP's and not engage the services of the first one you speak to. Wishing you well x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would recommend contacting either Melanie Giles or Ian Millington who both post on this forum.

You can also have a look at www.iva.com and read the reviews for different IPs and companies.

We too are with Melanie her team are fab and if you have a query 9/10 times if you post on here she will answer your query at all times of day/night and put you at ease - She even rang me late on friday evening before she went off for a well deserved break to reassure me of where the team were up to.

Excellent service!

Thanks Mel and team.
