2. Cooperative Bank Cashminder account, you need to phone them for the application form but the account comes with a Visa Electron card and also internet banking, DD's etc.
3. Norwich and Peterbrough basic account, comes with cashcard and cheque book .Gives you a cheque book), internet banking, DD's etc. Goto

4. Citibank sterling account which comes with a visa debit card and cheque book although I believe you have to earn over 20k a year for this.
