I used Shaws who are now called Payplan. Brilliant service, nice people and very efficient. They helped me through a very tough time and can't praise them enough. Good luck.

I have worked in this industry for many years and the best Insolvency Practitioner that I have come across is Melanie Giles, do yourself a favour and give them a call.

I have to agree with Tony on this one. Melanie is very understanding, fair and proffessional and there a lot of people on this forum who wished they had heard of her sooner.

I would nothesitate to recommend Melanie Giles also - faultless service

Have a look at the reviews on www.iva.com, and also of all other companies as it is very enlightening

Good luck bab
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

I agree with Emma. Have a look at www.iva.com. They give impartial reviews of many IVA firms. Once you have had a good look go with Melanie Giles [;)]
My thanks to Melanie and her team :)
