If it helps, my Iva was accepted on monthly contributions of just £205 then after 16 months it was reduced to £156.

have you got this 50% clause on overtime skint and bonus money and windfall or if you come into a lump of money you have to put it all of the table

Mine is 60% on overtime and bonuses and 100% windfalls.
I dont do overtime because my little boy is very hard work(hes being asessed for autism) so i help my wife out as much as possible with him.

that 60% is a lot freeman jones have put 50% on overtime and anywindfall if say you had a scatch card and won 25k on it on you were 35k in debt that 25k would have to go on the table to see if they would accept that as full and final and any ip fees + interest

I dont mind the 6o% as i have never done overtime since my little boy was born 4 years ago. As for the windfalls, if i were to have one i would be happy to pay the lot to my creditors. After all, i do owe them.

failing to do so would you in a breach and you only get 3 breachs if you use 3 of them then they will take legal action to recover the debt by anyother means including going bankrupt
