MBNA were worst for me they phoned me several times daily and continued to send letters well into my IVA followed by Barclaycard which was then Mercers. The others did not bother me much at all one man I spoke to at M%S was not very pleasant but that was all. Glad it is all in the past.
Lloyds TSB were our worse one, they harassed hubby for months after our IVA was accepted, we ended up having to get our IP involved to stop them, it was quite weird as we both had separate debts with them, they never contacted me but would not leave hubby alone.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine
Don't worry countrygirl - it happens to me as well. I've deleted your duplicate post.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Well my worst and only one who is still constantly calling 3 times and day and just threatned me with legal action is the catalogue Simply Be. Ironically it is the one who I owe the least to, but they are very rude on the phone. Stopped answering the calls now as I know the number.
Don't blame you - just ignore them. They can do nothing to you anyway now you're in your IVA.

My nemesis was g e money, still get flashbacks.
Despite the fact that i owed them lots of money and it was all my fault, i couldn't resist a small smile when they rang after the iva had been agreed.
