I got the call from Claire about an hour ago to say that my IVA had been approved with only slight modifications, only one of which affects me. My creditors want an extra £25 per month because they say my telephone/Internet package is too high. But they are satisfied to wait until my contract expires later this year to impose the increase in iva payments. Which gives me some time to shop around for some better deals. I would like to thank Melanie Giles, Claire Jackson and Melanie Nicolas who have all worked very hard on my case and have enabled me to look foward to a debt free future.[:D]

Congratulations, we were approved 1 week ago, we are now moving on with lives and starting to live frugally, but much better.

That's brilliant news Sally. I'm working from home today - so it always good to get good news from my clients before I get it from the team - even though I was sure that your case would go through.

Look forward to working with you over the next five years, and thank you for choosing me to represent you.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Hi steppingstones

I just saw your post and would like to say how pleased I am to hear that your IVA has been accepted, it must be such a great feeling.

My husband and I and too using Melanie Giles' company and waiting for our proposal to be put together at the moment.

Well done to you!

Hi Missyp,
You have picked a brilliant team to represent you. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't have found this website and Melanie Giles.
I hope it goes as smoothly for you as it did for me.[:)]
