Why am I still sitting here waiting for my completion certificate from GT. Completed my IVA 09/01/2012 and still nothing. Is this something to be expected? As I was under the assumption it should be 6 months, please advise.

Hi Linda,
Unfortunately this is the norm at the moment as there have been problems with HMRC and VAT and also with PPI claims.
It will come, just may take a little time.

Morning Linda
I would suggest you contact them and ask for an update and then do this every few weeks to chivvy them along a bit, as indeed other GT clients have done
They seem to have quite a big backlog, but then also every now and them posters comment that they have had their certificate and that it's not taken that long
I believe they have an email address for closures, that from memory may have been closures@? , if I'm incorrect I'm sure one of the GT experts or clients will correct me
Your over the hard bit as indeed I am , as I made my last payment to a different IVA co in April, it's really frustrating waiting to move on from the IVA, but then in the scheme of things it's far easier waiting for the Certifiacte in the final stages than perhaps the IVA journey in the early days
Good luck and keep us-all posted
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012
