Welcome to the insolvency register! Public information act section something paragraph blah!

Its something to do which fraud prevention I think, to stop us poor people from obtaining further credit by deception cos we all got ourselves in this position on purpose!!!

There was a petition floating around somewhere to have it restricted to relevant persons only but i've not seen it for a while.

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=13719

read everyone elses' opinion.

Hi Denise and welcome to the forum.

Yes,it is a pain the register being open to all and sundry!

The petition is one that Andy has got going and is on the Number 10 Downing Street website:

http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/InsolvReg/

That should get you there to add another name to it.
