Keep pushing GL - as Michael says, you have the right to put it forward and, as far as I am aware, they have to do so.

It is in the R3 standard terms and conditions and whether we like it or not we must call a variation. In our opinion anyway it is for creditors to decide and not for the IP to second guess their decision.
