Hi just wanted to know I have finished paying my IVA with DFD few years now. I have been told I am intitled to PPI and it's being paid to DFD..... why is this when I have been done with them and my credit score is brilliant ????

Because, as things stand at the moment the PPI is an asset of the IVA estate in that it existed ( even though unknown about) during the IVA.

This MIGHT change when the result of an ongoing appeal case is heard in court ( due the second week in November, but has already been postponed and might be again). In this case the debtor is maintaining that PPI dealt with after the issue of the completion certificate can be kept. The IP is arguing otherwise.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

You might have signed an assignment document when the IVA was closed. If you didn't then as Foggy says you might be entitled to these funds subject to the outcome of the Green v Wright appeal case.
