Why have I received a notice of arrears ?

I have received a notice of arrears today from one of my creditors. Why ?

Are you in an IVA? If so then pass this on to your IP.

Creditors often send statements out during the IVA. As Kallis says send the letters to your IP.

had one when in my iva, was told my them there send one out each as I was sill in debt to them till my iva was over.
But I had nothing to pay to them.
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,

I had statements during the IVA - a lot of companies will send out statements as I believe they are obliged to once a year but mine never mentioned arrears.
