I don't blame the banks and never have.

There are similarities between an iva and a loan in so far as an iva is a loan repayment so they are comparable. Comparison is different from identical. I said an iva is like a loan, not an iva is a loan. I was talking about managing the repayments not the punitive repurcussions of being in an iva.

I have never blamed the banks - it was my own fault but I will still treat it like a loan agreement, it's the way I cope with it. You don't like that then fine, that's your prerogative but please don't try and tell me how to treat my IVA.
