Why is it taking DFD so long to issue me with a completion certificate? I made my final payment on 15th April 2014, I was initially told I would have my completion p/w by 6 months max. I'm now being told that it's going to be much longer & they refuse to give me timescales. I have no PPI outstanding, DFD are now ignoring my emails. I'm in despair and just want this to end so I can get on with my life after nearly 6 years of paying half my monthly salary into my IVA.

Might I suggest you contact Evette from DFD and see if she can shed any light on the matter?

Hi Spandanglin,

This is an ongoing issue for people completing there IVA and there are quite a few people on this forum effected.

This may be a story you read about in the news shortly as the media are interested in how this is effecting people's road to recovery in rebuilding their financial future.

Keeping in regular contact with the IP should get you results in the end!

Hi all,

Thanks for your replies. I have been making a nuisance out of myself at DFD (including emailing the chief exec) and I have received my completion paperwork today! Finally!
