will an iva clear all my debts including outstanding debts owed to child support agency ?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As far as I'm aware debts to the CSA cannot be written off in an IVA or in BR.

I wouldn't have thought so either, after all, they are to help support your children, not the same as a normal debt.

Child support agency debts are exempted from both IVA and bankruptcy proceedings, so any ongoing payment arrangements you have with that creditor would need to be taken into consideration in working out your disposable income.

How much do you owe to the CSA, and how much are you currently paying back on a monthly basis?
