Will an IVA just cover Personal loans & credit

Will an IVA just cover Personal loans & credit cards or can bank overdrafts and CCJ's be included too?

Hi Craig and welcome to the forum.
An iva covers all unsecured debt, that includes overdrafts and credit cards, loans. Not anything that is secured against an asset such as a house.

Thanks for your response.

So does this also mean that my CCJ's will be part of the IVA?

Your CCJs will definately be included in your IVA proposal, but you should continue to make any payments into Court until this has been accepted by creditors.
