I am thinking of entering into an IVA or a DMP I have quite alot of literatre to read through on both but somthing which I have been unable to find out is will my 17 year old son's (who has just got an apprenticeship with day release college)income be taken into account? We have come to an arrangement on a set amount he will give me each week but feel it would be very unfair for his income to be considered towards my debts!
