Hey robert, welcome to the forum. An expert will be along to help you. IVAs are there to help people NOT lose their home but you might have to release some equity. Can you post how much your debts are, how many creditors, disposable monthly income and how much equity you think you have in your home now. This might help the experts when they advise you. Viki X

Hi Robert,

Normally and IVA would exclude your property from the propsal and not require you to sell.....

... although you may be expected to relase some equity from the property if you circumstances allow.

Can you post some more details, debt level, house value / mortgage amount and how much you think you can afford to pay each month.

It will help me and others give you best advice.
